Service was terrible. They have no knowledge of what they can or cannot do. My caravan needed a system update for the navigation system. The nav system told me to take it to a dealer for the update. Called them, was told they could do it. Took the vehicle in for the service, after a hour and half was told they couldn't do the update because it was a garmin product. Twice the estimated wait time I went to the service center for a scheduled appointment, it was an oil change and tire rotation. I was the only person in the waiting area for the first hour. The estimated time for the service was an hour, it took over two hours to complete the service.
They did not return my messages I received a phone message about my parts being in. I called three times and left messages and did not receive another call. This survey does not need me to identify anyone.
Everytime I come to ferman of NPR there’s something that prevents the work being done to my vehicle. I am told “we don’t give loaner cars” but i know for a fact they do! I was just told i would be paying 500 bucks starting for repair on my trans. I bring it to another dealer and they take care of it for free!
Lies, don't answer phone You are the worst service department I have had the displeasure of visiting. I could not contact anyone by phone and was told the truck would be finished in 1 to 2 hours. 4 hours and the truck was not serviced and no one called me and I could not reach the service department the phone busy and left messages that were unanswered. You obviously took walk-ins over me because you make more money from walk-ins than from corp. accounts
Disapointed I waited two hours then asked the status of my repair and it wasn’t until I was inquiring, had to wait even more only to be told they didn’t have the parts. The screen inside the waiting area was not kept up to date either. I will get the repair I needed and shall not return. I have gone to the Ferman Ford dealership in Clearwater for two years and they were always outstanding. I also made several calls that were never returned to see if the part was in yet. The term one and done is applicable for this place.
oil change took my car in for first oil change...……….they did an unauthorized update and ruined my radio...now my car will be there 2 to 3 days
Going somewhere else! Never fixed what I asked them to fix. Cancelled my extended warranty with them. Took Jeep in several times for ongoing issues and light on dash. Light still on and issues still exist. Going elsewhere! The service people are good but the work is not!

Jamie Kissinger lied to me about fixing my truck and lost thousands of dollars in possible revenue by fixing my truck as agreed upon...he left me stuck for 4 days with no vehicle and was a real disrespectful smart a** once I arrived to pick up my still broken Durango...
