Cannot go back after today Brought in a coupon which was sent via email from your dealership for 15% off an oil change. Had to threaten to cancel my appointment to get the service advisor to honor it. My factory stereo audio is cutting out on the left side and blowing speakers. They claim they couldnt replicate. I told them they would experience it if they drove the vehicle. The car was not driven to confirm. Serious transmission problems Our car was in recently for various updates and repairs, and in general the work was fine. However, the transmission even though it has had “the latest and greatest” Computer updates, continues erratically to slam in and out of gear. It is unpredictable and it times it is severe. The transmission is faulty and needs replacement. This complaint is aimed squarely at Chrysler corporation, not Furmans. Horrible!!! Had a scheduled appointment at 2 arrived at 1:40. My car wasn’t taken into the bay until 3:10 and I left at 4pm!!! Horrible service without any notice of the wait. I tried to come early around 12 and was told to go home because it was too early. Then when I arrive someone with a 3pm appointment finished before I did?? Only positive outcome was the oil change was free I guess since they noticed my wife and kids were waiting with me this whole time. Poor communication and disregard to customer service.

Water pump replacement Typical dealership repair experience. Had water pump replaced, couldn't really get a decent response as to why a water pump would fail on a vehicle that only had 35500 miles on it. Unusual for me to see a water pump price that didn't include the gasket. Seems an easy way to add an additional $17 to the bill. Then of course you have to pay 32 plus $$ to get new antifreeze. And before they do anything, you have to agree to $125 plus diagnostic charge that will be applied toward the repair. Could be possi... read more

Came in for a transmission issue and wasn’t fix Very disappointed with the service department tech didn’t fix the problem and I’m sure this dealer can’t fix the vehicle bringing it some where else

All dealerships are the same Sales manager called me scheduled appointment with me but never actually met with me he sent some salesman who was telling me a lease is better than financing after I specifically told the sales manager on the phone my situation, no guidelines were followed. All dealerships are the same.

Salesman Adam Rugg lied and discussed inappropriate topics Let me start by saying this is the 6th car I have bought and I have been impressed with every salesman at every other dealership besides this one! Went to buy a car with my two young children. Was on a huge time crunch because last car was totaled and we only had the rental for that day else wise would’ve never bought from them. Not Helpful I’ve brought in my new Jeep Compass multiple times for the same acceleration/gas mileage problem. This is not been fixed. If the acceleration is just “the way it was built” fine, but why is the fuel economy suffering? It is a complete lie to have this jeep advertised as 23 city/32 Highway. I WISH I got this kind of fuel economy. I do not come even close to averaging within those numbers. Very poor quality.

Poor service Had brakes, slippers and pads installed on my 2011 Compass and experienced periodic squealing. Took it in last Monday yo find out the problem and after the review, was told no issue. Yet noise continues periodically. Not happy and do not feel am receiving appropriate answers - may take it to a brake specialist if after another visit, the problem is not solved
