Honest and easy To work with; values customers We expected a little bit of a hard time at a dealership but we received very good treatment! We’re very pleased! The salesman was patient and not pushy. The management team and finance team were all nice and helpful. we thought the deal couldn’t go through but they did everything possible to make it work. We even received a call the next day to make sure everything was ok!

Efficient Oil change and tire rotation. In and out in just about an hour, work done correctly and appreciated the quick work. Professional and courteous staff.

Super Service Never an issue to get in for service. Always completed on time with no suprises. I live 1000 miles from Ferman in Tarpon Springs Fl I consider them to be "My" Local dealer. Thanks Rob for all of your help.

You can count on great service from Ferman I needed emergency service when my driver's side window failed to close (My vehicle had no manual option to close), Ferman took me in and got me completely fixed up and out the door in a couple of hours

Found exactly what we were looking for. We came in looking for a used SUV, We explained the kind of car we were looking for and they found us a used Lincoln with all the bells and whistles we were used too. Even though this is a Chevy dealership, they have serviced our Lincolns for the last 20 plus years Beautiful show room, great people to deal with, what more could you ask for!.

Timely service My experience with the service department was very good. Robert and other staff were friendly and professional. My job was completed in less time than expected. Plus, my shuttle driver was very pleasant and friendly as well.

Exceptional service I Always receive exceptional service. Tony answers all my questions and is very accommodating. And informative. Would recommend to family and friends I booked my appointment online and it was very easy to use and received a confirmation and received a friendly follow up reminder call. Excellent communication

Great Experiance Rick Hicks was great! Never pushy, seemed to understand my point of view and wants. He was very personable and professional. The financial guy Greg Gelberti was awesome as well. We drove from Cocoa to Tarpon Springs for this truck. It was well worth it. The whole experience was very pleasant. It only took a couple of hours. I would highly recommend Ferman Chevrolet Volvo.
