Totally awesome experience! This was my first visit to Ferman Chevrolet but, certainly, not my last. The person who sold me my Impala was Jim Allison. Best car buying experience EVER I had an appointment time, extremely convenient. The original car I went to see was not the right car for me. Pat and Chance looked to find another option that I loved. It was a more expensive car than the original, but they gave me the deal of a lifetime and I was driving my car off the lot 3 hours after I walked in. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend Ferman 100%.

Easy experience! Came in and left with a beautiful new 2019 Chevrolet Colorado. My salesman Kyle made this experience very easy and enjoyable. He listened to exactly what I wanted and the price point I needed to be at and made it happen for me. He also made sure that the truck was perfect when I took it off the lot. Easiest car buying experience Couldn't be any easier. Girlfriend was looking for an upgrade from her Cruze and wanted something quick, safe and rather affordable. She went in with 2 cars in mind but couldn't make up her mind. Chance Hatcher gave her 2 great deals on the cars.
