Old fashioned quality service. They always make you feel at home. Great coffee nice atmosphere and I always get the car back clean. Wouldn’t go anywhere else

I chose Ferman Chevrolet to look for a new vehicle based on reviews, inventory, and prices. I was greeted by Phil and he listened to my needs and wants every step of the way. I purchased an Equinox same day and was completely satisfied with the customer service provided. Everyone was friendly that I came into contact with and safety was of top priority with the pandemic going on. Everyone wore masks and sanitizer was available. Appointment was for 11:30 for oil change. Car taken into service bay @ 1:05 . Done @ 1:33 . Why an appointment for 2 hr. Wait?

My husband and I just purchased a truck from Ferman Chevrolet and we are beyond happy with the customer service. As if that was not enough, the purchase process was smooth and done in a timely manner. We had the pleasure of working with Mark, Chance, and Greg and again I can't stress enough how great their customer service was! First time visitor and Mark Laird provided my family and I with excellent service that was friendly and very, very respectable. Chance worked the numbers in finance so well that we could not even negotiate because the price was unbelievable for the truck and the trade-in.
