I have been under the care of Dr. Howard Herman for a few months, and I can confidently say that my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Dr. Herman was amazing! He calmed my nerves and explained what he was seeing on my scans. Another doctor was recommending surgery and he thought that was medically unnecessary. I appreciated his candor and professionalism.
If you come to this location I would not recommend PA Maurisha Taylor I came here a while back for my swollen oversized uvula. I requested to have it surgically removed as it was growing down my throat causing me to gag and choke through out the day sometimes even causing me to throw up. They set me up with Ms Taylor and she failed to help me. She kept telling me that it wasn’t that bad and it will go down so I just followed her acid reflux plan that was given to me . I am very pleased with Dr. An & his staff. They are very professional & anxious to correct any of my medical needs. Staff is always friendly & office is always clean.
This was a horrible visit i bought my son to a visit to visit Dr. Sylvester appointment was at 11:15p and was not called back to waiting to be seen until 12:40 and the office was not even busy there was only 3 patients in the lobby when I got here and there was one patient that was there 5 min before me and signed in and was not checked in and they put her as a no show and here appointment was at 11:10. I would not recommend this place and changes need be to be made via staff or organization of check ins And appointment. I... read more
