The ENT of Georgia South is a wonderful facility. Dr.An was masterful in his tonsillectomy procedure on my husband, but his outstanding supporting cast stole my heart. The care given to me by Yvette, the outstanding receptionist, calmed my worries as I realized that his paperwork for his employers was not provided in a timely manner. The doctor seems to be on point. However when front desk staff has a bad attitude it seems to overshadow the entire experience. I walked in and said “good morning”. The lady looked up from what she was doing as if I was disturbing her from what she was doing. She asked with a mean look and tone. “Can I help you”, I said “yes I have an appointment for 10” before I could finish she says “NAME” with a nasty mean tone. Made an appointment for my husband online. New patient. Never received any call or email to confirm the appointment ahead of time. When we arrived we were informed they didn’t accept our particular insurance so I said we would do self-pay. The receptionist told us they could not accept self-pay because we have insurance. Absolutely ridiculous. I do not recommend this place
The Doctor is great. But these people will NOT answer phone calls nor return the call after you leave a voice mail. I've literally had to call 19 times before somebody answers.
This place doesn’t call you back when appointments for CT scans is supposed to be set up. Called them several occasions without success. I will need to find another ENT with way better response time.
