The office was nice and clean, and the front/back office staff was friendly. This was my first visit (10/16) with Sheena Manders, PA. She was very professional, friendly, and listened to my concerns. My visit was quick and efficient. Sheena made me feel at ease; I didn't feel rushed. I would definitely recommend her to others. Sheena, you rock!✨️✨️
Thank goodness I found Dr. Herman. After visiting several other ENT doctors, Dr. Herman is by far the BEST I've seen! He was very attentive and really worked to find the causes of my issues that have been causing me pain and discomfort for years. It's nice to find an ENT doctor that actually cares. Cannot recommend this place enough.
Dr. Hayat was very professional, kind and helpful. She listened to my concerns and answered my questions. I highly recommend Dr. Hayat for any Audiology needs.
Update: It's been about 2 months and nothing further transpired. However, I did reflect on this incident and didn't want to leave the world with just more negativity due to my unpleasant (albeit true) review. So just wanted to add, that I do take some responsibility in not having thoroughly memorized all of my insurance services for both in-network and out-of-network.
