I went to se Dr. Howard Herman. 3 years ago for an ear infection but lost the meds a couple months later. I was too embarrassed to go back then didnt have insurance. I finally went back to finally be done with the ear infection. I explained and he ws so kind he said, “Oh you shouldnt be embarrassed” and then something along the lines of lets get you taken care of. I was told I had an appointment for the next day, but that was incorrect. After 3 years, you are considered a brand new patient even if you have been seen multiple times by this practice. I will never go there again. I wish I could give them negative stars.
Dr. Herman was amazing! He calmed my nerves and explained what he was seeing on my scans. Another doctor was recommending surgery and he thought that was medically unnecessary. I appreciated his candor and professionalism.
Fantastic visit. Dr Herman and staff were quick, very thorough and extremely knowledgeable . Extremely pleased with the results. Could not recommend any higher
