The doctor's visit was excellent, but the scheduling process at the front desk was a nightmare. My initial reservation via the website was rejected simply because I chose to book an appointment with a different doctor. Since my regular doctor was fully booked for a month, I wanted to see another specialist for faster assistance. I had to find time to visit the office in person and argue with the receptionist (the right window as you enter, I don't know her name). The escalation of the situation started a heated discussion. Dr. Young An is phenomenal. He is thorough and looks at the entire person not putting you in a category based on other diagnosis. May I also add, that he is quick, so for the lunch break people out there. Choose this office and Doctor!
My experience with the PA was great. The check-in at the front desk was pleasant and welcoming. However, the follow-up calls regarding my online questions/ health concerns were disappointing. The person who called me was rude, taking deep breaths and sucking their teeth while conversing with me. This behavior is very unprofessional, especially when I wasn’t feeling well. This place only seem to care about the money and not your health.Dr An, prescribed allergy rx without getting my complete medical Hx or taking my vital signs, refused to write an order for outside diagnostics/testing. I assume they want to keep the testing done in house to generate revenue . Very disappointing!
