My experience with the PA was great. The check-in at the front desk was pleasant and welcoming. However, the follow-up calls regarding my online questions/ health concerns were disappointing. The person who called me was rude, taking deep breaths and sucking their teeth while conversing with me. This behavior is very unprofessional, especially when I wasn’t feeling well. I felt treated unfairly and didn’t receive the information I needed. It seemed like she didn’t believe me, which was hurtful, especially since I was in pa... read more
I was discharged from the hospital with a baby who could barely latch and caused me sore nipples. He didn’t gain weight. I was told by my pediatrician and lactation consultant to see a pediatric ENT for possible lip tie. I made one with this office and after a 10 sec assessment was told by Dr. Herman that my son was fine. His feeding difficulties continued to the point that I took him off the breast and became an exclusive pumper making 120oz per day for months and fighting with an oversupply. He is extremely picky eating so... read more
The ENT of Georgia South is a wonderful facility. Dr.An was masterful in his tonsillectomy procedure on my husband, but his outstanding supporting cast stole my heart. The care given to me by Yvette, the outstanding receptionist, calmed my worries as I realized that his paperwork for his employers was not provided in a timely manner. She immediately jumped into action to get me to the proper coordinator. Ms. Meridith was fantastic; she gave us everything needed for his job. It was after a week of my husband experiencing an u... read more
The doctor seems to be on point. However when front desk staff has a bad attitude it seems to overshadow the entire experience. I walked in and said “good morning”. The lady looked up from what she was doing as if I was disturbing her from what she was doing. She asked with a mean look and tone. “Can I help you”, I said “yes I have an appointment for 10” before I could finish she says “NAME” with a nasty mean tone. I gave her my name then I asked if she was ok due to how shocked I was she was talking to me the way that she w... read more
Made an appointment for my husband online. New patient. Never received any call or email to confirm the appointment ahead of time. When we arrived we were informed they didn’t accept our particular insurance so I said we would do self-pay. The receptionist told us they could not accept self-pay because we have insurance. Absolutely ridiculous. I do not recommend this place
