From the moment I stepped in, I felt very comfortable. The staff took care of me with the utmost empathy, care, and understanding. Amazing experience! I bought my wife’s original diamond there 22 years ago, and she loved it! We took advantage of the trade up option this year, 2024! Incredible service. I needed to get my engagement ring resized. Mia and the team were super friendly and very clear about the whole process. Even after payment, Mia made sure to reach out to me to update me on the process and even to let me know that the ring was ready early. The ring came out perfect. I looking forward to returning!
Great and seamless shopping experience. After 14 years of marriage, we were looking to upgrade my engagement and wedding band. After a lot of research and reading reviews, we decided to use Geller& Son. I was able to go in the store and pick out exactly what I wanted. It took about 7 weeks for my rings to come in..
