Classica has no respect for adjacent land owners. They are building an 11 home infill project in Carrington on what was a beautiful wooded 6 acre property. Clear cut every tree, ridiculously raised the elevations of their lots over the existing adjacent homeowner properties by construction extremely unnattactive 10-15 ft high retaining walls for existing homeowners to look at. There homes will be towering over existing homeowners….unconscionable what they have done here…stole our property values to enhance their own.
