Kyle was polite, professional, and friendly not just to me, but also to my two granddaughters who live with me. He included the 4 year old, Ellie, in our conversations which made her very happy. I appreciated how patient he was when I asked questions and readily provided the answers that put my mind at ease especially when it came to the finance options. Services at my home were performed by Mr. Kevin. He was courteous, thoughtful and very professional. He immediately let me know that his job was to make sure my home is safe and that I would be. provided with quality service. He took his time to check my furnace for any and all issues.
