The only reason I am rating CJs as a 2 is because Austin, my first repair person was awesome and the install team was great. Other than that they would get a 1. I had a furnace and A/C installed on 11/4. During the install the old A/C unit was left in my sidewalk, leaking a liquid that has stained the sidewalk and driveway. The 2 gentleman that came were very polite and nice. The vent cleaning made a bit of a mess in my house, not the reason for 1 star. The technician was not able to put back vents they removed. Now I have to go to the hardware store and try to fix vent that fell off after they tried to put it back on. They drilled holes in the vent but did not align it correctly. One hole is in the dry wall and the other is not. They did not use dry wall screws so of course it fell down. Thanks for making the situation look worse than the ori... read more
Had a problem with furnace not properly working. Decided to call this establishment because like other smart people, I look at reviews on here. Called on the weekend and they couldn't get me in until monday which wasn't a huge deal since the furnace was still heating the house somewhat. The window was also a bit much being a 1-6 time frame. However this was probably because there is a buffer for travel and anything that may hang up the technician on the previous job.
