Quentin was awesome. I’d highly recommend him. He let me know when he was on the way. Diagnosed the issue which is something no other contractors who came were able to do. He didn’t try to sell me on a bunch of shit I didn’t need. He fixed my issue and left me with his recommendations moving forward along with a cost effective price.
CJS was great! My furnace was old, had a dangerous leak, and needed to be replaced quickly. CJS went out of their way to work with me and have a new furnace installed fast and at a reasonable price. The technicians arrived on time and were friendly and professional. The furnace was installed quickly and the technicians cleaned up their work area and left it exactly as it was when they arrived. I cannot recommend this company enough and I will definitely be dealing with them again in the future!
Dylan (plumbing) and Kevin (electrical) were both professional, knowledgeable, respectful of my property, and helpful. They both get 5 stars and represent CJS/Bassett well. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 My only issue with CJS/Bassett is related to your dispatch and scheduling department. Called bc I was having an issue with a breaker not having power. Specifically asked on the phone if the $100 initial fee included “troubleshooting” multiple times. I was told yes multiple times. The electrician got to my house, flipped the breaker and said that I would need to hire “an electrician for a half or full day” so that he could troubleshoot the issue. The 2 gentleman that came were very polite and nice. The vent cleaning made a bit of a mess in my house, not the reason for 1 star. The technician was not able to put back vents they removed. Now I have to go to the hardware store and try to fix vent that fell off after they tried to put it back on. They drilled holes in the vent but did not align it correctly.
