CJS was great! My furnace was old, had a dangerous leak, and needed to be replaced quickly. CJS went out of their way to work with me and have a new furnace installed fast and at a reasonable price. The technicians arrived on time and were friendly and professional. The furnace was installed quickly and the technicians cleaned up their work area and left it exactly as it was when they arrived. I cannot recommend this company enough and I will definitely be dealing with them again in the future!
The 2 gentleman that came were very polite and nice. The vent cleaning made a bit of a mess in my house, not the reason for 1 star. The technician was not able to put back vents they removed. Now I have to go to the hardware store and try to fix vent that fell off after they tried to put it back on. They drilled holes in the vent but did not align it correctly. Do not use this company! The initial set up was great, the woman on the phone was wonderful, they got me an appointment quickly. But then at the appointment, the tech didn't do what I asked. I needed a duct scoped. He didn't do that, he just showed up and tried to sell me a cleaning. But they did charge me the dispatch fee for him to go scope the vent. Had Jake the Plumber out today to cut out a part of the old plumbing drain stack and replace it with PVC. I was able to connect my sink very quickly afterwards and now have a working sink. He was professional, friendly and efficient. Had no problem interacting with my family and dog. Would 157.237% recommend CJS for plumbing concerns. GO BLUE!!!!
Had a problem with furnace not properly working. Decided to call this establishment because like other smart people, I look at reviews on here. Called on the weekend and they couldn't get me in until monday which wasn't a huge deal since the furnace was still heating the house somewhat. The window was also a bit much being a 1-6 time frame.
