The 2 gentleman that came were very polite and nice. The vent cleaning made a bit of a mess in my house, not the reason for 1 star. The technician was not able to put back vents they removed. Now I have to go to the hardware store and try to fix vent that fell off after they tried to put it back on. They drilled holes in the vent but did not align it correctly. Company has a major disconnect in basic customer handling, communication, and knowledge of their own services offered. Obtained an on-site eval/estimate to install a range hood vent system at my residence on 1 Oct. Received the cost estimate shortly thereafter. On 3 Oct, I scheduled an appt to install the system for Fri, 9 Oct. Got a call from the salesman only TWO hours before the appt today stating they do not perform the service. Huh? Quinton Webb was the technician that came to do our winter tune up today. I would like to recognize him for his professionalism, thoroughness and knowledge of our system. We also discussed future products that I was interested in and he was informative and able to give me estimates right away. In addition he was friendly, caring and “polished” (which is important to me and should be to any employer)! If I am able to request him in the future, I will ~ thank you! Vicki
They communicated when they would be there. Austin worked patiently with a boiler that had a defective part, and promptly got a replacement and quick installation. He let me know what was happening. Kyle also was extremely helpful at diagnosing the old boiler, getting options to me, and following up on a replacement and financing terms. I would recommend these guys anytime.
Had Jake the Plumber out today to cut out a part of the old plumbing drain stack and replace it with PVC. I was able to connect my sink very quickly afterwards and now have a working sink. He was professional, friendly and efficient. Had no problem interacting with my family and dog. Would 157.237% recommend CJS for plumbing concerns. GO BLUE!!!!
