The only reason I am rating CJs as a 2 is because Austin, my first repair person was awesome and the install team was great. Other than that they would get a 1. I had a furnace and A/C installed on 11/4. During the install the old A/C unit was left in my sidewalk, leaking a liquid that has stained the sidewalk and driveway. The 2 gentleman that came were very polite and nice. The vent cleaning made a bit of a mess in my house, not the reason for 1 star. The technician was not able to put back vents they removed. Now I have to go to the hardware store and try to fix vent that fell off after they tried to put it back on. They drilled holes in the vent but did not align it correctly. One hole is in the dry wall and the other is not. They did not use dry wall screws so of course it fell down. Thanks for making the situation look worse than the ori... read more

Had a problem with furnace not properly working. Decided to call this establishment because like other smart people, I look at reviews on here. Called on the weekend and they couldn't get me in until monday which wasn't a huge deal since the furnace was still heating the house somewhat. The window was also a bit much being a 1-6 time frame. Quentin was excellent! My house was built before HVAC existed and there has been updates on the system. I had no idea if the ducts had ever been cleaned. Quentin explained how the system is made and the updates that has occurred over time; and how CJS Heating and Air could help. A rather tall guy, I believe his name was Matt helped us turn the gas valve on to heat our home, and I felt very confident cause he had that good with numbers mixed with a rainman memory for his job, look about him. He is very nice, pretty funny, and has awesome hand skills when it came to the complications of turning a valve we never noticed. We will continue to use CJS in the future as there are other, hopefully actual, complicated fixes in our future heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical needs!
