Tyler performed an A/C tune-up for me on Aug 14. He arrived on time and was very thorough while inspecting all functions of the unit. He displayed professionalism throughout the task. He also answered all my questions without hesitation. I highly recommend Tyler and CJS Heating & Air to anyone needing their services. I will easily give Tyler a 10/10! He's the BEST!
We had never used this company before. But will definitely use again. Air conditioner went out on this very hot day. They set us up an appointment and we were greeted with a very friendly Man who knew exactly what he was doing. It was a short time before the air condition was up and going no problems thank you so
Jeff and MiKayla were both very nice, polite, experienced and made the transition to a new furnace so easy. They both did excellent work, both were very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend them to anyone!!!
I got a call Monday morning from CJS, informing me that while I had an appointment for have my A/C checkup on August 26th, there had been some cancellations and if I wanted I could get it done that afternoon. We were with Rex Byers for MANY years before CJS took over. He was great, but things have gone downhill since CJS took his business over. The latest example is that about two months ago, we scheduled an AC tune up. With only less than one working day to go, we were told that they could not make it (for an unspecified reason) and could not do it for over another two months!
