CJS was suppose to come out between 8-12pm and I must have missed the visit when I was dropping my kids off at school. Was gone just 15 minutes and that’s when they showed up.. go figure! CJS sent out another technician. So glad CJS is willing to work with you! We got Tyler S. and he was very polite and informative! Tyler knew what he was doing. I’ve had CJS’s maintenance service for 10 years and am still glad I went with them!
On time even though I was not.. waited patiently.. greeted Mayweather smile a handshake as he introduced himself.. very informative, professional and knowledgeable.. explained what had caused the issue and what I could do to prevent in the future.. highly recommend CJ s! I will feel safe using on all my properties..
Judah offered great service when our heat went out. He spent time and care ensuring all our needs were met and we were up and running again. He was very friendly and professional. Purchased my HVAC system from Rex Byers. When it came time for maintenance, I called CJS. Their technicians are polite and friendly. Their prices are incredibly high. I had a bad exhaust blower that was still under warranty, so I had to pay only for labor. That ended up being $500 on top of the service call charge for diagnosis, which I told them what it was before they came out. The job was less than an hour. Our experience with CJS was very positive. Their office maintained good communication and let us know who our tech would be before he arrived. The tech, Tyler Swygert, was very professional and personable. Would definitely recommend him/CJS to my friends and family!
