Not very happy with the customer service. I had a unit put in last fall and it is not keeping up as originally discussed. My home is currently setting at 77 degrees (set at 68) with young children in the home. I called and they said the soonest they could get to me was in two weeks. After paying 14k for a new system I would expect it to work or at least be fixed promptly within the first year.
We were with Rex Byers for MANY years before CJS took over. He was great, but things have gone downhill since CJS took his business over. The latest example is that about two months ago, we scheduled an AC tune up. With only less than one working day to go, we were told that they could not make it (for an unspecified reason) and could not do it for over another two months! I had a problem with my furnace dropping out. I called CJS and set a time for service the same day. The technician showed up during the agreed time frame. I explained the problem, and they went right to work. They were very courteous, polite, and pleasant to me. They found the problem, and did a temporary fix to last until parts could be ordered and received. They explained what the problem was, and the cost. CJs installed our new furnace and A/C system. It was a big job, and they spent a long day doing great work to make sure everything was completed before they left. They were incredibly professional, kind, and clean. They took the time to answer all my questions and ensure I knew how our new system worked. I highly recommend CJs!
Brady was great! He went above and beyond in my situation. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions beyond just what he was there to repair. Great guy
