Purchased my HVAC system from Rex Byers. When it came time for maintenance, I called CJS. Their technicians are polite and friendly. Their prices are incredibly high. I had a bad exhaust blower that was still under warranty, so I had to pay only for labor. That ended up being $500 on top of the service call charge for diagnosis, which I told them what it was before they came out. The job was less than an hour. Our experience with CJS was very positive. Their office maintained good communication and let us know who our tech would be before he arrived. The tech, Tyler Swygert, was very professional and personable. Would definitely recommend him/CJS to my friends and family!
Had a great experience with Alan and the entire crew at CJS for a big conversion of my home from traditional a/c and natural gas heat to a geothermal system. Tyler performed an A/C tune-up for me on Aug 14. He arrived on time and was very thorough while inspecting all functions of the unit. He displayed professionalism throughout the task. He also answered all my questions without hesitation. I highly recommend Tyler and CJS Heating & Air to anyone needing their services. I will easily give Tyler a 10/10! He's the BEST!
We added a backup furnace to to help when we didn’t want the geothermal furnace running. 1st and foremost Alan heard what we wanted and didn’t try to sell us what we didn’t want. The installation was awesome. Jeff and Makla was great. They were able to complete the installation it in a day and was kind and caring about their work from start to finish. Answered any and all questions, left the basement clean as a pin. We were extremely satisfied with CJS, and would highly recommend them.
