I had a problem with my furnace dropping out. I called CJS and set a time for service the same day. The technician showed up during the agreed time frame. I explained the problem, and they went right to work. They were very courteous, polite, and pleasant to me. They found the problem, and did a temporary fix to last until parts could be ordered and received. They explained what the problem was, and the cost. They left after I paid and said they would contact me when the parts came in to set a time to replace the bad parts... read more
