So I have used CJS for a full HVAC replacement at the end of July 2024. The initial instal was pretty botched; they left trash all over, they broke the cement pad the furnace sits on, they failed to correctly size the duct work that lines up with the new unit and slapped aluminum tape across the 2" gap instead, and instead or correctly placing the gas line they simply cut into the side of my brand new unit so they wouldn't have to do extra work. We replaced our air conditioner shortly after moving into our house, and CJS did a great job. They were easy to work with, no sales pressure, and the price was fair. Our A/C is still going strong seven years later. They also replaced our hot water heater, and that job went smoothly as well. We have them out every year to service our furnace and A/C, and they consistently do quality work. Highly recommended.
Have been with CJS for a while now and am VERY pleased with their services and knowledge. Carlos and Barry are the two tech’s that have performed most services and give them kudos. Have never had a bad experience with CJS and highly recommend them!

I am writing to share a concerning experience I had with CJS Heating and Air. We contacted them to inspect our furnace, specifically hoping for a combustion analysis, which they had performed efficiently for us about three years prior. During the recent visit, the technician did not perform a combustion analysis. Instead, they used a scope and informed us that our nine-year-old furnace had a cracked heat exchanger.
