Very fast and efficient service! We called Monday morning to get someone to come out and give us a quote for a spring repair. They said someone could be out between 10 am and 12 pm. Spencer showed up at 930am. He was very professional and gave us multiple repair options. Our garage door was very outdated and needed to be completely replaced, but he never once tried to push a new door on us. Balanced Garage Doors was great. They responded to my inquiry right away and scheduled a technician. Ed called me when he was on his way. He gave me several options from a simple repair to keep my aging door alive to complete replacement. He also helped me understand some of the parts and how to work them. My garage door is working! Plus the light, the remote and the remote built into my car are all working. He was courteous and friendly. I would definitely recommend them.

I initially called to emergency fix a garage door that was stuck, since the doors were on my list to replace and the price was acceptable I decided to replace both doors instead of fixing the issue. My old at door was temporarily made functional by the service person who came out and within a week my new doors were installed. Fast service and same day service was awesome. Technician was well-explained and knowledgable. He was very kind and friendly. I changed whole set spring for garage door. It was very good price and perfect service. I highly recommend this company and I will call this company again when I need it.
