Glenn was incredible to work with. My garage began malfunctioning on a Saturday evening and Glenn got back to me to schedule service the next morning at 8am. He was very thorough in explaining everything that was an issue and how he was going to fix it. He patiently answered all of my questions and was extremely polite, professional and helpful. As he worked, he was very adaptable which was needed in my situation. Would 100% recommend working with Glenn, he is excellent.

Our garage door broke last night, unfortunately. Some of my neighbors recommended this company, so I called them this morning. They came out completed the job to repair it the same day. I had the spring system replaced and a new bracket mounted above the door. The technician Glenn was very courteous and explained everything with pictures and showed me what he was going to do. I am very happy with the job and speed of service! A very professional seamless experience.
I was thrilled that this company could come out and install our garage door opener unit the very next morning! The technician arrived on time - super organized and friendly. He recommended (without being pushy!) a better solution to the extension we had purchased at Home Depot, which we happily agreed to using - great decision. He had the entire job done in an hour, helped with all the programming on my phone as well as in my car. Wow! Such excellent service - and such reliable and professional people.
