This might be an odd review because we ended up not using BGD. We received 3 quotes and BGD was right in line with the others. The tech came out within hours of putting in an online request for an estimate.Sean the tech was great. He was professional, friendly and detailed in his explanation. He explained the cause of the failure, how they would fix it, tips to increase the life span of our door and showed me the materials they use and why. It was very educational. I'm normally skeptical when I see a company with all excellent reviews, but I went with my gut and called Balanced Garage Doors to diagnose an intermittent issue with opening/closing the garage door and I'm glad I did. The gentleman who scheduled the appointment was great, asked relevant questions to understand the issue and my equipment. Service technician was on schedule and called when he was 20 minutes or so out. Our garage door broke last night, unfortunately. Some of my neighbors recommended this company, so I called them this morning. They came out completed the job to repair it the same day. I had the spring system replaced and a new bracket mounted above the door. The technician Glenn was very courteous and explained everything with pictures and showed me what he was going to do. I am very happy with the job and speed of service! A very professional seamless experience.

Great service. The price was good, the quality of the door installed is outstanding, the installation process and professionalism was great. It clearly was a good decision hiring/buying from this company. What was a emergency service call (which they were the first company to be available and show up) for a busted old spring from our old wood door it ended being an awesome new high end garage door; and we could be happier.

so Josh was the gentleman that got my house to install my new garage doors! from the start communication and service is great!!! and he did an awesome job and he was very professional and nice! All the garage materials are great and looks soo beautiful !
