I called another company for a quote that was twice the price that balanced garage doors quoted and was told 3-4 weeks. I called Balanced garage doors they came the next day to give me a quote. I was told a technician could come the next day. The technician ended up calling me the same day and told me he could get it done that day. He came and knocked it out by himself. They are fair, professional and fast. Highly recommended.

I am beyond impressed! The technician came out to assess the issue and did an excellent job explaining what was going on with my garage door. They were professional, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the visit. What really stood out was the follow-up. Update (12/19/24): After I posted my review, Glenn from Balanced Garage Doors contacted me about fixing the job. He sent out Spencer, who did a great job addressing my concerns. Spencer adjusted the garage door jamb to align it with the siding, cleaned up the caulking, and made a minor adjustment to how one of the doors was hung.
