The technician for installing the new motor for my garage door was amazing! He was very pleasant and went above and beyond to install the app and showing me how to use it and the pad. As an elderly lady, he also helped me by placing the remote on the visor for ease of use. He was a great impression for Balanced Doors since this was my first installation with them.

I called another company for a quote that was twice the price that balanced garage doors quoted and was told 3-4 weeks. I called Balanced garage doors they came the next day to give me a quote. I was told a technician could come the next day. The technician ended up calling me the same day and told me he could get it done that day. He came and knocked it out by himself. They are fair, professional and fast. Highly recommended.
