Incredible experience with Balanced Garage Doors. They were very personable, trustworthy, and professional. Ed came out and did a thorough inspection/estimate, took the time to explain the issues and my options. He gave a very fair price and did not push anything on me as I mentioned I had other quotes. It was an easy decision to go with them from the timliness of the estimate, price, and warranties that they offered. Damien did the install 4 days later. Balanced Garage Doors is an excellent company known for its prompt scheduling and efficient job completion. They provided three quotes, and we chose one of them. Spencer, the technician, was able to finish the job on the same day and within the expected timeframe. He has a great attitude and is knowledgeable about the industry. Balanced Garage Door is a great company to work with. I called them twice, and they came out immediately to take a look at my Garage door. Why four stars and some constructive feedback: Tech diagnosed the issue with the electric board and gave me the option to either repair or replace the motor. Balanced Garage Doors is an exceptional company. I called to schedule an appointment, and they were able to accommodate me the very next day. They sent a text with the appointment time frame, and on the day of the service, they sent another message to let me know they were on their way. Spencer, the technician, was very polite and knowledgeable about the industry. I contacted Balanced Garage Doors last night and was impressed to receive both a phone call and a text early this morning to coordinate appointment times. They kept me updated and let me know when Mike was on his way. He arrived promptly, was friendly and easy to talk to, and took the time to walk us through our options. Mike had most of the necessary parts on his truck and explained that occasionally some items need to be ordered. He completed the work efficiently and did an excellent job. Highly recommend!
