My rental experience with ABC Equipment Rental was exceptional from start to finish. They were professional and friendly and clearly communicated what to expect and when. The equipment was new, the delivery guy showed us how to use it and made sure we were comfortable with it before he left. Because I called a couple of weeks before we needed the equipment I appreciated that they waited until a couple of days before delivery time to actually bill me in case something changed. Wendel and the ABC team killed it!! We were out of State building a Starbucks and United Rentals was only able to deliver two of our pieces of equipment needed to break grounds on the project. Our skid steer was unavailable due to a late return. With the pressure of staff and superintendents waiting on a job site the whole the situation was sweat worthy. I've rented from ABC probably a dozen times and I can't figure out why more people don't do it. It's so fast and easy. The rates are very reasonable and the equipment is always very high quality. Don't waste your time and energy trying to do something by hand when an hour equipment rental will have your project completed without your back aching. Keep up the good work ABC!
I've rented multiple items from ABC like a stump grinder, log splitter, and boom lift. They've always have been great to take extra time in showing me how to run the equipment and tow it properly to avoid accidents. Top notch help and they're super fast to get you checked in when returning equipment. Highly recommend them.
I had a great repeat rental experience. The owner himself assisted me on Saturday and went above and beyond. He personally came out to assure the connections were correct and answered my questions. I highly recommend for the professional contractor or regular homeowner if you need equipment go to ABC.
