ABC Rental has the best customer service of ANY business I have ever been to. I don’t rent tools too often. There are definitely people in that store renting tools that are in the store significantly more than me, however, the workers sure do make you feel just as important. Specially, Wendell goes above and beyond and out of his way to make sure you are going to have what you need. Rented a cherry picker and 14" electric chainsaw. All of the equipment was in great working order. Staff was friendly and showed how to operate the equipment. Drop off was well explained in advance andI was first in line. In and out in 15 minutes. Their weekend deal is great and they acted like they wanted our business.
