I own and operate Rigmaiden Custom Building and Basement Finishing Co. out of south Dayton and would never use anyone else for my HVAC project needs. Super quick bid process and job turnarounds. If there’s ever a question of how something is to be working they are on top of explaining and helping you figure it out. Usually operator error. Haha. This is one project they installed a complete home system and everything works flawlessly even with all of the open air space.
We recently had our geothermal system serviced by Bob from A1 Mechanical, and we couldn’t be more impressed. Bob was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the system was running at peak performance. It’s rare to find service this dependable and high-quality. We came back to our home after being away for a week. Outside temperatures were in the nineties. To our dismay, the inside of our house was a close second. A1 Mechanical was the HVAC installer in our new home. I was impressed with the quality of the install- neat, well placed and clean. Now that we have been in the house for over a year I am so happy with the service, follow-up and support we have received. I recently had Alan come out to my home for a spring A/C tune-up. He gave me a heads-up with both a call and a text before arriving. From the moment he showed up, he was courteous, professional, and incredibly thorough in explaining everything he was doing. He also had his ID badge clearly displayed, which I appreciated.
