Very pleased with Greg’s expertise. Fixed a drip outside and wrapped the pipe nicely! ALSO my kitchen faucet had low water pressure and he went straight to it took out the part that makes it low water and cleaned out the calcium. Now I can do it myself! He didn’t hesitate when he saw the faucet ( the faucet intimidates me)went straight to it and fixed it within about two minutes! Great job! Great service!!
This was my first time using 1st call plumbing. But when I meet Zach is was amazing person, excellent customer service and very knowledgeable about his work. He can right in didn’t waste no time and fix the problem and took cane of it. He did better than Gibson Plumbing who my home builder was using. I wouldn’t trade them in for no one else. I told my warranty company that. Great job Zach.
I want to thank all the office people and the guys that worked at my moms house they definitely took care of her plumbing needs , found the leak and replaced her water heater, very personal, polite and very professional and cleaned up afterwards! If anyone needs a plumber,heating,air These are the guys you want ! Thanks Ryan , Carl and one more but I totally forgot sorry ! The last picture with the brick is not something they did !
Edgar performed his services in a professional manner. As a HVAC tech myself, I watched him go through all the check points. He found that my capacitor was weak. He called for the Authorization and Proceeded to complete the job. Saving a down unit to be. Keep him, don't let him go anywhere. Great guy, we hope to see him again. Christopher and Joel were great! Came in checked out the problem and gave me a quote. Got to work and were done in no time. Fast and efficient! I love , love this company. Swear by them. Been using them for sometime now. Give ‘em a call, you’ll be glad you did!
