I called 1st Call Plumbing & AC recently to give me an estimate on a leaky pipe underneath my house. I was very impressed with the technicians that came to assess the situation. These men were very knowledgeable in their field. They took the time to answer all my questions regarding the plumbing that needed to be done. Very pleased with Greg’s expertise. Fixed a drip outside and wrapped the pipe nicely! ALSO my kitchen faucet had low water pressure and he went straight to it took out the part that makes it low water and cleaned out the calcium. Now I can do it myself! He didn’t hesitate when he saw the faucet ( the faucet intimidates me)went straight to it and fixed it within about two minutes! Great job! Great service!!
I want to thank all the office people and the guys that worked at my moms house they definitely took care of her plumbing needs , found the leak and replaced her water heater, very personal, polite and very professional and cleaned up afterwards! If anyone needs a plumber,heating,air These are the guys you want ! Thanks Ryan , Carl and one more but I totally forgot sorry ! The last picture with the brick is not something they did !
Ruben was amazing. 100 stars. He answered all my questions and I had a million of them (j am annoying). He was so helpful, more so than any other person j have had come before. So patient and friendly. Highly recommend. I was so impressed , I am going to have them do future work for me. And even ask about some plumbing needs. Thanks again
This was my first time using 1st call plumbing. But when I meet Zach is was amazing person, excellent customer service and very knowledgeable about his work. He can right in didn’t waste no time and fix the problem and took cane of it. He did better than Gibson Plumbing who my home builder was using. I wouldn’t trade them in for no one else. I told my warranty company that. Great job Zach.
